Preparation Instructions
Create Your Meal Simply Add 500g Skinless Chicken Breast (Consider Free Range), Diced 1 Medium (150g) Onion, Diced 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste (40ml) 1 Cup Lite Coconut Milk (250ml) 1 Medium Red Capsicum (150g), Sliced 150g Green Beans, Trimmed and Halved 4 Tbsp Natural, Low Fat Yoghurt 2 Cups Cooked Long Grain Rice (380g) Prep 10 Mins Cook 15 Mins Get Cooking 1. Heat 2 Tbsp Oil in A Pan, Add Maggi Recipe Base and Stir Constantly for 1 Minute, Until Fragrant. 2. Add Chicken, Cook Until Lightly Browned. Add Onion and Cook for 2 Minutes. 3. Add Combined Tomato Paste and Coconut Milk, Stirring. Bring To the Boil. Reduce Heat, Cover and Simmer for 2 Minutes Stirring Occasionally. 4. Add Capsicum and Beans, Cooking for 3 Minutes Or Until Chicken is Cooked Through and Vegetables Are Tender. 5. Remove from the Heat and Stir Through Yoghurt. Serve With Cooked Rice. Enjoy!
