Ingredients

Cake Mix (78%): Sugar, Wheat Flour, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (4%), Vegetable Oil, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Emulsifier (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids), Modified Maize Starch (1422), Salt, Thickener (Xanthan Gum). Frosting (22%): Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (5%), Emulsifiers (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate), Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavour, Mineral Salt (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Food Acid (Citric Acid). Chocolate cake mix and chocolate flavoured frosting.

Preparation Instructions

All you need is: 125g melted butter or 1/3 cup (80mL) vegetable oil + 3/4 cup (180mL) milk or 3/4 cup (180mL) water + 3 extra large eggs Prep time 10 mins Baking time 45-50 mins Baking Pan: 20cm round and at least 5cm deep. 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease a 20cm round and at least 5cm deep cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper. 1. Beat cake mix, eggs, butter and milk (or cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water) in a large bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes (do not eat unbaked batter). Pour into pan. 2. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, and then gently remove from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely. 3. Swirl chocolate frosting over the top of cake. Pan size Bundt pan: A deep flutted 22cm (top measurement) cake pan. Loaf pan: A 6cm deep 10cm x 20.5cm (base measurement) loaf pan. Muffin pan: A 12 portion muffin pan. Bake time Bundt pan: 50 minutes Loaf pan: 50 minutes Muffin pan: 20-25 minutes
